This project explains the main characteristics of a construction of a neighbours comunity with a pool.
Occupying a whole apple in a town we want to construct a total of 13 townhouses of two floors, a pool and an undergruong parking.

Entering to the neighbourhood across the main entry we find the interior yard with the community pool and the entry of every houses.
Each house also has a private yard in front of its entries limited by its gates.
The houses are compound by 2 floors. At the floor 0 there are the kitchen, the sitting and dinning room and a full wc with shower and heading to the first floor across the upstairs we arrive to the 2 bedrooms, another full wc with bath and the balcony.
Basicaly, there are 3 different kinds of houses but the rooms ara generaly the same at each one.
As a complex mainly thought as a holidays apartments, these houses are not spacially big but are equiped enought to be occuped for a long time easily.
Underground, entering across the main facade we find the parking with 32 places. Once we left the car we arrive to the interior yard by an upstairs.
The pool is a good dimensions amusement with 9.3m width, 15.3m large and 2m deep at the deeper zone and 1m deep at the other side.
